Tommy Gurr

After a successful career as a captain, Tommy has decided to join the brokerage world, bringing 30 years of experience in new construction, large motor yachts and sailing yachts. Tommy was the captain of Aquarius, Aquila/Cakewalk and Helios over the last 20 years cruising the Mediterranean, USA, Central America, Caribbean, South Pacific, and Australia. He started on Maxi sailing yachts in the South Pacific, gaff-rigged schooners in Europe, and a Perini Navi based in Asia and the Med before obtaining his master’s ticket in 2001. In recent years he has been involved in multiple new construction projects in Northern Europe and Italy. 

 Tommy’s global experience as a charter captain in yacht operations and logistics, along with technical experience operationally and in new construction, offers a unique skill set to clients.
