Proteksan Turquoise
Turkish luxury yacht builder Proteksan Turquoise was founded in 2001 by Mehmet Karabeyoglu and his late partner Hayati Kahmi in Tuzla, outside Istanbul. The shipyard’s first yachts included Turquoise (now Double Trouble), the first superyacht built in Turkey. The shipyard completed 20 additional superyachts, ranging from 40 to 72 metres, until the time of its acquisition.
Making use of both the space and labour force that a two-yard enterprise offers, Turquoise Yachts plans to deliver superyachts each year. Superyacht builder Turquoise Yachts’ hulls and superstructures are completely customizable, including the stern design, bulwarks and other main styling features.
